Welcome to Nebrix Limited. These Terms and Conditions govern the quotation, procurement, sale, delivery, and installation of scientific laboratory equipment, industrial and mining chemicals, hospital supplies, educational materials, and technical services provided by Nebrix Limited (incorporated under the Companies Act of Tanzania since 2007) to institutional clients, businesses, and organizations.
1. General Quotations & Tender Bidding
All formal quotations, price proposals, and tender bids issued by Nebrix Limited are valid for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise explicitly stipulated in writing. Pricing is denominated in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) or United States Dollars (USD) as requested, and excludes applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and specialized municipal hazardous transport levies unless specifically noted.
2. Product Quality & Regulatory Compliance
Nebrix Limited guarantees that all supplied chemicals, analytical reagents, and medical apparatus comply with the regulatory quality standards established by the Government Chemist Laboratory Authority (GCLA) and the Tanzania Medicines and Medical Devices Authority (TMDA). Certificates of Analysis (COA), Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS), and manufacturer conformity documentation are supplied alongside deliveries upon request.
3. Delivery, Shipping & Secure Logistics
Deliveries are executed via Nebrix Limited’s dedicated 100% in-house logistics fleet or authorized certified carriers. Risk of loss passes to the client upon physical delivery to the designated facility, hospital, university, or mining site godown. For hazardous industrial chemicals (such as cyanides, acids, and solvent extractants), the recipient must provide qualified personnel and compliant storage facilities as mandated by Tanzanian environmental laws.
4. Equipment Warranty & Technical Installation
All laboratory instruments and heavy analytical machinery carry standard manufacturer warranties ranging from 12 to 24 months against manufacturing defects. Warranties are contingent upon certified installation, commissioning, and scheduled preventative maintenance performed by authorized Nebrix Limited field service engineers.
5. Payment Terms & Institutional Invoicing
Standard terms for approved government entities, universities, and corporate institutional clients require payment within 30 days of invoice date (Net 30). Special milestone payment structures apply to turnkey laboratory installations, custom reagent manufacturing, and large-scale tender deliveries.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tanzania.
